Professional Experience

Shelsea’s practice area includes corporate and personal transactions in which she assists business through their entire lifecycle from entity formation, corporate governance, acquisitions, strategic partnerships, reorganization, assets and equity transfers and partnership dissolutions.  Shelsea also practices complex and general litigation, with a primary focus on personal injury, commercial, and trust and estates litigation.   Prior to joining Helsell Fetterman, Shelsea was an associate at another Seattle law firm, focusing on insurance defense litigation.

Shelsea grew up in Atlanta, Georgia and attended Mercer University graduating in 2018 with a B.S. in Engineering and Economics and a minor in Business Administration. She moved to Seattle to obtain her law degree which she earned from Seattle University School of Law in 2020.

When not working Shelsea enjoys traveling, reading, and any water related activity.
