Professional Experience
Viktorya joined Helsell Fetterman in 2023 as a Richard S. White Fellow and returned in 2024 as an associate in the firm’s litigation practice group.
Originally from southern California, Viktorya graduated summa cum laude from University of California, Los Angeles with a B.A. in Sociology. While earning her J.D. at the University of Iowa, Viktorya externed for the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office in the Family Violence Division and the Minnesota Attorney General’s Conviction Review Unit, investigating claims of wrongful convictions for those incarcerated in Minnesota. Viktorya was a member of the Environmental Law Society and a student writer for the Journal of Transnational Law and Contemporary Problems.
When she’s not working, Viktorya enjoys reading a good fantasy romance novel and spending time outdoors.
