Helsell Fetterman Welcomes Gregory Pittman
Gregory Pittman has joined Helsell Fetterman’s estate planning and taxation groups.
Greg serves as a trusted advisor for individuals and families navigating the complex legal landscape of their lives. He advises clients on the full array of estate planning matters, including wills, trusts, charitable planning, tax planning, and international estate planning—always focused on providing practical and creative solutions. Greg also assists tax-exempt organizations on entity formation, grant-making, board fiduciary duties, corporate governance matters, and compliance issues.
Greg knows that planning is more than just creating legal documents or giving tax advice, and he endeavors to learn each client’s unique story and ensure it is told. A passionate problem solver with an easy-going personality, he strives to build lasting client relationships.
Greg graduated from The Ohio State University with a B.A. in Economics in 2014. He then earned his J.D. from Seattle University School of Law in 2017, graduating cum laude. At Seattle University School of Law, Greg served as an editor for law review and participated in the University of Washington Federal Tax Clinic. Greg received his LL.M in Tax from New York University School of Law in 2019.
Greg grew up in Tacoma and played competitive hockey through high school, competing in the greater Cleveland area.
