R. Thomas Olson has joined Helsell Fetterman and will practice in the firm’s Business and Estate Planning and Probate Practice Groups. Tom brings a distinguished 47 years of experience and extensive knowledge in family-owned businesses, mergers and acquisitions, and business transactions. His specialties include closely held business formation, conduct, and operation, as well as ownership transition and estate planning.
A third generation Seattle native, Tom earned his J.D. from the University of Washington School of Law. Tom values developing long term client relationships and his work has been lauded in The Wall Street Journal and Forbes Magazine.
