Helsell Fetterman Welcomes Samuel Jacobs

Firm’s Land Use and Real Estate Practices Expanded with Addition

Samuel Jacobs has joined Helsell Fetterman, a Seattle-based law firm serving businesses, organizations and individuals since 1890. Sam has practiced land use and real estate law in Seattle for over 30 years, most recently as a partner in the law firm Mosler, Schermer & Jacobs. Sam focuses his practice on real estate development issues and representation of housing cooperatives, floating home communities, condominiums, and homeowner associations.  He also represents commercial and multifamily property owners.  Over the years, Sam has served on various boards and committees related to low-income housing and land use issues.

After a successful career working as both a solo practitioner and as a partner in smaller law firms, Sam was drawn to Helsell Fetterman due to its sound reputation and wealth of legal resources. “Their support services are very well done,” said Sam, who sees the move as an opportunity to provide a broader range of services to his clients.  “They’re extremely accommodating in ensuring that my practice is as effective and efficient as it can be.”

With nearly four decades of legal experience, Sam is a welcome addition to Helsell Fetterman’s growing roster of attorneys.
