Professional Experience
Jenna Mark’s practice focuses in the areas of health care law and medical malpractice, specifically defending physicians and hospitals against medical malpractice lawsuits and in professional licensing proceedings. Prior to joining Helsell Fetterman, Jenna worked at a national firm where she defended clients in a variety of complex litigation matters including commercial disputes, professional malpractice, products liability, and catastrophic injury litigation. Jenna has also tried numerous cases to jury verdict and brings her seasoned courtroom experience to Helsell.
Jenna knows that litigation is more than just success in the courtroom. She strives to foster meaningful, trusting relationships with each of her clients. Although a tenacious advocate and resourceful problem solver, Jenna is an empathetic and personable ally.
Although a native of Southern California, prior to her legal training, Jenna earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington in International Relations and Middle Eastern studies. She also studied Hebrew and Jewish Studies at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
When not practicing law, Jenna is an avid competitive sailor, traveler, and aerial artist. She is also the public service VP of the state-wide chapter of Washington Women Lawyers.
